Q: Can I only place my retail store order online?
A: Yes, at this time we are not able to take retail store orders via phone, fax, or email.

Q: How will my jewelry be packaged?
A: Your jewerly will arrive in an organza gift pouch.

Q: Where is your jewelry manufactured?
A: 90% of our jewelry is manufactured in the United States, the balance is made in China and Korea.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use gemstones, crystals, glass, lucite, enamel, and metals that are plated sterling silver or 14k gold.  All earwires are either hypoallergenic surgical steel, plated sterling silver or 14k gold.

Q: Can you replace a lost earring?
A: We will replace a lost earring for no charge if we still have it in stock.

Q: What do you sell?
A: We sell costume jewelry...earrings and necklaces.  

Q: Who do you sell to?
A: Aside for our web and December Pop-Up sales to consumers, we sell our products to over 1,000 boutiques and gift stores around the country.

Q: Why is everything so inexpensive?
A: Because we design and manufacture all of our products, we are able to offer first quality previous season's merchandise at prices well below retail. 

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been wholesaling jewelry since 1991.

Q: Can I visit your offices or order your products any other time of the year?
A: We don't do any retail out of our Waitsfield offices other than our Pop-Up sale in December, but our current collection is always available here.  Visit to join our email lists to receive clearance reminders and special promotions.
